I am a caregiver for a patient of Williamson Endocrinology and Dr. Nair. The staff is very professional and always friendly. If we have to wait or the appointment is delayed they kindly explain the reason why. The level of care given by Dr. Nair and her staff is excellent and always worth the wait. We share a patient and I can say with certainty that patient is happy with the level of care she receives at Williamson Endocrinology. Dr. Nair has been very resourceful and respectful about getting her diabetes into a controllable space that we can all work comfortable within. I, as a caregiver, am thankful to see how professional and courteous Dr. Nair is with our mutual patient. The office is well lit, clean and comfortable always. The staff is courteous, respectful and helpful in even the most difficult circumstances.

After now, my Second appt with Dr. Janet George at Williamson Family Medicine & Endocrinology, I am so happy to have discovered this doctors office and doctor. Dr. Janet George makes you feel truly cared for in regards to your health. She listens well, does not act rushed and seems to understands the individuality of patients. The nursing staff & Phlebotomist are caring and friendly. The entire office space seems fresh, clean, professional yet a relaxing atmosphere.

I visited Williamson family medicine in search of a new general practitioner. My previous doctor was adequate, but lack the personal touch that I am looking for in my Doctor. Upon entering the practice, it was clean and bright and welcoming. The Frontdesk was also nice and the staff was attentive. Upon being called back, the intake, nurse was kind and asked all of the questions in a respectful manner. Then I got to the main show, Dr. Janet George. We spent about 30 minutes talking. She got to know me my health concerns and we came up with a plan of treatment together. I know it’s odd for doctors to spend 30 minutes with you. But it just wasn’t 30 minutes. It was 30 minutes of actual conversation where she was interested in what was happening in my life and I was able to connect with her. She’s exactly what I was looking for in a GP as I felt human and not just another number. I know insurance has taken care out of healthcare, but I really did appreciate the time that Dr. George spent with me.

Dr. Lekshmi Nair, was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visits. I’ve never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. She explained every step of my treatment plan clearly. She ensured I understood all options before proceeding. Her attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference. She even followed up personally to ensure I was feeling better. She been such an asset to my healthcare team. From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was welcoming and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-managed. I always feel valued and cared for here. Amazing service! Highly recommend.

I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Nair today and absolutely loved my experience! She is so nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. You can truly tell that she cares for her patients! I left feeling like my health concerns were listened to and addressed. The staff members were so friendly, and the clinic was extremely clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Williamson Family Medicine and Endocrinology and so glad to be a new patient here!
